So, my cell phone is a Cricket phone. Which is nice if all you want to do is be able to call people. Unfortunately, it can be somewhat limited if you want to do anything else with it. Getting ring tones can be a hassle, and costly, especially since most websites offering ring tones don’t even work with Cricket (boo).

So what do you do? If you have internet enabled on your Cricket phone, you follow the directions here to get free ring tones.

And if you don’t have a Cricket phone, the ringtone software works with a bunch of other carriers as well.

So, for various reasons, I sometimes find myself in need of music that can be used in various videos. Before, I’ve used Jamendo to search for various music, but it’s kind of hard to search there.

I just found out that Partners in Rhyme has some nice free royalty free music and sound effects available for download. There aren’t a ton of choices as far as music goes, but the ones available are pretty cool. There are many more cool sound effects available.

I just had to add it to my del.icio.us.

Alright, so, I’m still alive and everything. Yup. Just haven’t been blogging so much. Well, at all really. I’m actually about to go through and edit a bunch of my old posts. But not yet.
